late delivery and too sweet

i pick my time at 1-3pm and the delivery came 305pm and there is no status of delivery given..i have to call the cust service and ask them personally..and the cake itself,although i have put the remarks to be less sweet, it still too sweet until i have a headache eating it..all the children also didnt eat the cake because it is too sweet...really dissapointed.
