Texture is weird

The cake isn't creamy like your regular cheesecake. And this isn't a keto problem; I've had keto cheesecake that tasted creamier and smoother. Presentation of the cake was nice. Just the texture is gritty/powdery and a little overbaked for me, cake was hard.

A simple cheesecake perfect for any occasion. We got this for a colleague since she has some gluten sensitivities so she can finally enjoy some cake once in a blue moon. Very nice and light~
