The mascarpone cheese part can be improved

The mascarpone cheese part does not have a rich taste, rooms for improvement. The base tastes good.

Just nice but can be better in terms of delivery

the tiramisu cake was rich and nice. Just had issue with the delivery, was supposed to call when arrive but they did not call and just left at the office lobby without informing, luckily the cake was ok and didnt melt much!

I'm not sure if is due to the delivery or the baker. I received mine slightly melting at the bottom and it became quite messy with all the liquid at the bottom.
