Helpful & responsive customer service, quick response & action

I ordered a birthday cake for my colleague, for delivery in the evening. Something pops up suddenly and I need to change the delivery time. I quickly call the customer service for help. After explaining the situation, customer service agreed to check and get the best schedule for me. Brent called me back within 10mins and told me that he will advance the delivery for me. My colleague received the cake within an hour after the call. The web tracking status is up-to-date. I am very happy and grateful with the service and all the help from Cake Together. Thank you very much.

Good delivery and Yummy Cake

Good delivery, cake was also nice and not too sweet, even 80 year old grandma likes it. The berries on top are sour but they go well with the ice cream and white choco on the outside. Third purchase already

Cake tastes great! But it's missing the raspberry layer, same as what the other reviews mentioned.

Similar to Liang Jing Wai's comment, the raspberry sorbet layer was missing.
Mango sorbet was refreshing.
