Below expectation

The cake texture is rough. Overall below expectation if to compare texture with a normal sponge cake with whipped cream. Please to improve the delivery lead time too. Thanks.

I bought it for my aunt & her family's birthday cake. We all love it, not too sweet but enough sweet for a cake (does that make any sense? xD) The cake even have a gold leaf so cool haha. The strawberries are sweet too, although it's coated with sugar glaze, sometimes it could be sour. The cake is so spongy & soft. Will definitely buy it from here again, very convenient in terms of ordering, setting the date to deliver and even delivery time. Thank you!
