A little disappointing

This is my first time buying here. The customer service was good as she provided prompt service in helping to find the carrot cake I’d wanted to gift my friend in JB. Love the fact that there’s Sunday delivery too. However, my friend told me the cake is a little “raw/uncooked/under baked” which is truly disappointing as my friend loves carrot cake hence it’s sad to have that on her birthday.
