Wrong birthday message card received

The cake is ok but the birthday card message is attention to the wrong name, not the same as per my message during the order, this message blunder should not be happened if there were efforts to check not only the cake but the message card need to be correct also.

a last minute order and a last minute change of delivery time was accommodated well by Mr Mohan.

A celebration for high achievers where the words on the balloons were changed to "CONGRATULATIONS"!!

As stated to Edward earlier, a simple cake accompanied by balloons made the occasion so "merry and excited" when celebrated in office. The result of bringing the balloons home by the champion himself, extended the "celebrated moments" to his family environment as well !!!
