Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that has been roasted over charcoal to a reddish-brown colour. Each layer of thin crepe is spread with a whipped pure roasted green tea cream which brings a strong Hojicha flavour to this cake. Taste is light and not overly sweet, it’s perfect for everyone.
