This cake should be kept refrigerated with a 2 days shelf life. However, it is advisable to consume within the day of purchase. Do allow the cake to sit at room temperature before serving.

Cake Taste
This moist sponge cake is beautifully infused with vanilla Earl Grey Tea sandwiched with lemon curd which adds a delightful tanginess while perfectly carry the tea undertones of the cake. Coated with white chocolate with loose earl grey tea leaves to enhance the flavour and adorned with dried rose petals on top for a sophisticated appearance. If you enjoy delicate tea and citrus flavour in a dessert, this cake is certainly the one!
