Cake came partially deconstructed

This is my 2nd time ordering from this Junandus because we really loved the first one we got a few weeks ago. However, THIS time, when the cake arrived, there was cream and the transparent coating that goes on the fruits on the cover of the box. When we opened it there was cake on the side of the box too. (We are unsure if it was the fault of the shop or the delivery person.) The cake was frozen on the inside which made it difficult to cut. We couldnt even poke the candles into the cake. which was pretty hilarious at one point. Anyway, the taste is pretty good, not too sweet like the rest of the comments but man I should have believed the person who said the cake was frozen in the middle. :(
not gonna lie, pretty disappointed.
