Light and fluffy sponge cake in texture; Kay Event & Patisserie's mango macadamia cake is layered with crushed macadamia nuts and freshly sliced mangoes from the market, finished off the cake by coating the cake with their signature cream cheese frosting and freshly cut mangoes plus whole macadamia nuts on top! Perfect balance from the rich flavour of macadamia nuts and the refreshing taste of the mango.
