I used to have this same cake ever so for my consumption over the years as I practise a gluten and soy free diet. I love the original taste of the dark bitterness choc taste and less sweet recipe.
This time, still good - much sweeter and has a more milky chocolate taste than the bitter less sweet taste that I very much prefer.

Can't hold craving for this flourless chocolate cake, the creamy, moist and too yummy not to eat. Thank you to the amazing baker for the excellent el pastel de chocolate!! Mmmmm muacks... (the cake not overpriced and quite a weight for a 6 inch cake).
