Absolutely delicious

The cheese is smooth and dense, extremely satisfying. Many cakes the base is like... flakey, which i don't like, but this one is like, perfect sticky cookie feeling. the citrus from lemon balances out the cheese so you dont feel cloy when eating.

The cheesecake was good and not to sweet so that makes it good choice for the birthday guy who is not into sweet stuff. However it was a little too dense. still good though.
