Cake collapsed within 2 hours

I received the cake in a good condition but however it only lasted for about less then 2 hours and it started tilting to one side of the box. I could not display the cake at all and it was a total waste. Taste wise it may be a healthy cake as it is not sweet but it is rather tasteless.

I ordered at 12pm, and it arrived around 4pm on the same day! I’m impressed! Request to have it for less sweet, and the bakers really take note on that! My mother loves it very much as much as we do. And the cake is so pretty and delicious!! I’m a happy customer ! :D
