My cake melted

Ordered a cute unicorn cake. But when it arrives, it doesn’t look like unicorn anymore. Cake melted and slip away from the base.
Order pick up from seller side at 3pm, but arrived to me at 4.44pm. I think driver took his hi-tea before sending the cake to me 😢.
The cake supposed to celebrate for my boss birthday 😭
What a bad experience from cake together for the first time.
But still thank you seller for their prompt action and reply, I’ve seen the original photo when the cake it pick up (driver show me), it is very nice and cute unicorn.

Have stated special request but end up didn't full fill the request. Which just help to add on the name on the cake.

The cake was so beautiful and the cake itself tasted great. Not so sweet. The cake arrived abit late due to ingredient issue but Cake Together had informed early of the delay. Very good customer service. Will definitely order from CT / kek n co again
