Strong hojicha taste, soft and taste not too sweet. The layer hojicha cream cheese layer is just perfect and balance with the sponge cake. Everything is nice. Definitely will repeat order again.

Cake Taste
A fragrant, hojicha infused cheesecake with an extra cheesy boost! Besides the hojicha cream cheese layer, this cheesecake uses mascarpone cheese in its recipe for an added layer of flavour. There is also the classic sponge cake as the bottom layer and cake crumbs all around the cake for extra texture!
