Nice cake, good customer experience

The cake came nicely packaged in a foam box. This is our first time trying out Kindori's cakes, and we found it to be less sweet + less creamy (compared to our go-to, Inside Scoop, hence it depends on which texture you prefer). The cake was flavourful and enjoyable.

Also, shout-out to the Cake Together team for the great customer service! We had to change our orders twice due to unforeseen circumstances, yet the team dealt with it promptly and patiently.

packaging is still not as good as others, need to improve. The delivery was haphazardly done, initially came by at 1.05 p,m. when my order was 2-4 pm, then the Indian guy asked what the best time, so I told him, actually I made a mistake and I did not know how to make the changes to 6 pm. and he says no issue to deliver at 6 p.m. Comes 6:30 pm, I have yet to receive it and i gave a call to 012-2018877 and asked when it will delivered and he says already deliver to house 32 instead of my house 32A, unfortunately a unfriendly neighbour accepted the delivery and kept it and I was told by the delivery guy to get it from my neighbour, now the question is how is the delivery done at the wrong house and never check the receipient name whether it is correct or not, so what happens to the cake, as it was not properly handled by the neighbour, the cake was dented due to not kept under proper temperature, and I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY ALL THESE INCIDENTS!
