Totally different cake

I ordered a cake with 8 big candles and 9 small candles together some message on the cake itself and the board. However when i opened the box, the cake is totally different from the pictures, i only receive 1 candle instead 17? I dun have my message on the board itself as requested....totally dissapointed. If its not due to the good customer service during ordering and delivery, i will only give 1 star. Bad bad cake.
