Cake and balloons arrived on time

Ordered the lemon pistacio cake and balloons.. it came on a timely manner. My kids loves it. Taste great and not too sweet

Poor experience

- cake was delivered on time but missing balloon
- when I asked them, they forgot. so they delivered it an hour later. at this point it is 1.30pm and my friend who is the recipient has to inconveniently wait for the delivery person.
- when the balloons finally arrived, the card was messed up. The message was not on the line and it looks like the message has been striked off.

At this point I am very unsatisfied with all the inconvenience and the experience
