The mousse cake first appeared in Paris, the gourmet capital of France. At first, the masters added various additives to the cream to stabilise and improve the structure, taste and flavour. After freezing, it tasted infinitely and became the best in the cake. Mousse is a kind of dessert like pudding. It is softer than pudding and melts in the mouth.
