Mini Mousse Cake Platter includes:
1) Piggy Mini Cake - A lemon cheese mousse cake, with honey sponge cake, honey cremeux and a layer of almond honey croquant bottom, coated with a glossy mirror glaze and fondant.

2) Round Love Cake - A white chocolate mousse cake, with chunks of macadamia nuts, a layer of Japanese cheesecake bottom, coated with a glossy mirror glaze and dry rose petals.

3) Chick Mini Cake - A lemon cheese mousse cake, with honey sponge cake, honey cremeux and a layer of almond honey croquant bottom, coated with a glossy mirror glaze and fondant.
