A Surprise Birthday Cake for my sister!

I chanced upon CakeTogether website online while searching for a cake shop with delivery services for my elder sister’s bday as a surprise gift to her. I’m beyond satisfied with the experience I had with them from the beginning till the end. Not only there are many options of cakes to select from, the customer service was also exceptional!! They are very responsive, patient with the many questions I posted to her via WhatsApp and also she is very helpful at the same time! I’m especially thankful to the delivery guy from CakeTogether, Mr. David Chen Thien Fu. My sister was not home & uncontactable at the time when he delivered the cake but he waited until he was able to call her (after many failed attempts) and made arrangements to leave the cake somewhere safe for her collection upon her return. I believe many would have just left it outside their home/ condo unit without caring much. But I really appreciate David’s professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and patience when he had a full deliveries schedule ahead of him. Therefore I wish to give a big shout-out to him for his excellence service! His impeccable attitude needs to be heard of! Pls keep it up! Thank you once again David! I will not hesitate to recommend CakeTogether to my friends & families in the future :) BTW, the cake is beautiful and delicious! My sister loves it!:)
