Tasty Nasi Lemak Cake!

The "cake" is so delicious! The sambal sotong is tasty. It's not too spicy, I would rate 1 out of 5 on the spiciness. The ingredients are all nicely cooked/decorated. I would order it again in the future!

For the best flavour and quality, this cake should be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery as it contains coconut milk which will go sour after a few hours.

Cake Taste
This Nasi Lemak cake made with homemade sambal with a generous serving of spicy cuttlefish to top it. Surrounding the pool of cuttlefishes are beautifully halved hard boiled eggs. In between the fragrant coconut rice layers, omelettes are used to give the layers more texture and flavour. The cake is then sealed with a standing layer of cucumbers and surrounded with Pulau Pangkor anchovies and peanuts. This, is true Malaysian Art.

1) Signature Sambal 230g - Chilli, onions, oil, salt, sugar
2) Dried Fruit Pickle 250g - Dried fruits, gula melaka, chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin, vinegar, sesame seed, vegetable oil, salt
