Cake was sent as a birthday gift. The taste has been confirmed by birthday girl as "Sedap!"
Did not expect the gorgeous fairy lights surprise though. Lovely!
As it was a surprise gift, would like to suggest to the baker that in the next time, to add a note on the cake box requesting cake to be immediately refrigerated as the cake melts very fast.

This mango mousse cake is made of a layer of Oreo crusts filled with mango mousse and slices of mango puree in between the fluffy mousse. Also decorated with fresh mango rose. Indeed a refreshing and light cake to have for any occasion!
