The cake is crispy on the outside and it melts in your mouth.
It is gooey on the inside with a decadent and creamy vanilla pastry cream topped with the berries.

The cream itself has a little twist within it (tiny specs of dark chocolate in the cream mix), hence the taste is neither too sweet or too blend, just perfect for a dessert time. The meringue is a little crispy on the outer surface, while the inner is a little soft like marshmallow.
