Points to improve
Pls find way to allow customers to include birthday msg nicely written on the cake itself. Having a separate printed card just isn't enough.

Ordered this cake for the first time after going through customers' positive reviews. Unfortunately, quite disappointing. Good thing is that, yes, the cake looked nice outside with fresh mango roses and packed very nicely with gifts (2 bottled drinks). The minus points, on the internal part, the cake is not same as shown in the picture. In picture it is white color layers that looked so fluffy and smooth texture. But what I got is brown colored layers, not fluffy, not a smooth texture and very sweet. Even the icing is not smooth because could feel the sugar. Maybe the seller should have contacted first if they cannot give as exactly as shown in the picture. Anyway, thank you for the service.

Ordered the cake for a friend who enjoys mangoes and is lactose intolerant. Everyone enjoyed the mangolicious cake. Couldn't tell that there is no dairy in the cream which was just nice and not overly sweet
