First trial for Dad's 72nd

My dad picked this cake because he and all us love coffee.....however, maybe the coffee cream topping the cake just simply too raw and strong, non of us enjoy that at all, though the chiffon cake is good but needed to finish it fast as the top cream just too much and soaking into the cake.
