Bad experince

The delivery was bad, by the time we received the cake, it was spoiled.
The decoration all gone.
Luckily the admin manage to help me fix it and resend on the same day.

The name on the cake is wrongly spelled. Supposed to be ‘PAUL’ but it was named as ‘PUAL’. Moreover, the cup handle came off when it was delivered. Very dissastisfied.
