Cake base shape was deconstructed, otherwise the taste was good

My mum doesn't really like it because it consists of too much of cream. She mentioned the cake is very fresh and believe that it's freshly baked in the morning.

The sweetness is perfect, it would be better for the Earl Grey taste to be a little stronger.
