Cake is good but Delivery Service was Bad

Overall i hav no comment on the cakes, very nice design same with the picture. Satisfied!!! But i want to giv bad reviews to the delivery man. His attitude was very bad. My address was on 1st floor and he call me come down to collect from his car due to he dont want find parking, tats fine, we can understand! Then i ask my staff go down main waiting him infront of the chinese restaurant lobby main entrance there, He went to the wrong lobby and talk very rude to me, i ask him politely do you went to the wrong lobby entrance, he said he just follow the address then talk very rude said that we are wasting him time to turn here and there. He went to wrong lobby and we ask him turn to the front lobby politely but end up he scolded me on phone. very rude delivery service!
