Great looking and tasting cake but too soft.

The taste and look of the cake were both good. However , the fresh rose decoration started to fall down within 3 hours of cake delivery. Considering the cake is quite pricy, would have expected more in terms of ensuring that the cake stayed nice and pretty until it was cut. Usage of buttercream also makes the cake very very soft so that likely contributed to the deco not staying in place.

Great looking and tasting cake but too soft.
