Poor Presentation

I have ordered this cake to surprise our boss's on his birthday. Unfortunately, the presentation was not how I expected with the price that I've paid which nearly RM300!! For example, the handwritten card came with an extremely POOR, UGLY handwriting!! It was very shameful and made us all forgot to feel the taste of the cake....really spoilt our mood!!
