The cream and crepes a dissapointment

This is my 3rd time ordering cakes from cake together. The first 2 times the crepe was nice and the cream taste fresh, this time around the cake seems has been sitting there for sometime, the crepe taste soggy and the cream not fresh, the cake is a disappointment. There is additional rm20 charge for delivery as well which previously there is none.
