Good looks only - Disappointing

Beautiful cake but tasteless. I think Baker forgot to add any sugar, even refused by 2 year old toddler which eats any type of dessert. I will not buy again or recommend buying here, I should have sticked to The Buttercake Factory!!

Very Disappointed - Not Recommended - Please Refund

During this pandemic, we couldn’t celebrate birthday with friend. So I ordered a cake to surprise her. As a result, I was a bit embarrassed when my friend sent photos to me. The color difference was too much. Looking at the seller’s photos, I thought it was a dreamy light pink, but the photo sent by my friend is very strong and heavy pink. Not only the colour, is totally not satisfied with the whole looks. It is super different from the photo. Felt that the baker didn’t put in effort to make the cake. Really feel disappointed. I ordered lightly Nutella chocolate flavour, it doesn't seem to taste well and the cream is too much. So sorry to my friend, and feels like ruined her birthday. Not worth the price at all! Please refund.
