Good and Bad

The cake decoration looks great and delivery is on time, well done!. However, it was fit into a box that not wt the right height causing the mermaid tail cracked. Also the entire cake from in and out(cream+sponge) was sooooo....Sweet, we only finished less than half of it.

Nice Deco but whole cake was collapse during the journey to home

It was a great design for this price. Yet, the cake was too soft and doesn't stand still till reach home. I'm very disappointed with caketogether customer service & also the baker for this coral mermaid cake. When I received the cake, it did not put in proper packaging, it was simply putting in a present box with top cover exposed to the air, i would suggest you to have better hygiene control for this! this is a cake for human, not animal. The cake collapsed after 5 mins during the journey from office to home. I swear, it has been handle with extra care & I drive real slow throughout the entire journey.

Spoken to the customer service, what they can do if just felt sorry for the cake, they are unable to take responsibility for what had happen to the cake after the delivery period. I felt so cheated for this purchase, you as a caketogether doesnt take the responsibility towards your baker's cake. If I would know this could happen, I would not purchase it earlier.

So sorry, I will not recommend my friends surrounded me to purchase from your website from now on. It has been a disappointment as a purchaser & also to my mom who is celebrating her birthday.

Really nice deco but butter cream was a bit sweet

Ordered the cake for my friend on her birthday. Everyone loved the decoration. We went for red velvet thinking that it was special. The butter cream had the normal taste of red velvet frosting but it was a bit sweet for some of us. Otherwise, I really would recommend the cake, if you like sugary sweet buttercream!

Love the icing butter

This baker makes the best icing butter cakes. Love the taste and the red velvet cake was moist as well. Would prefer more naturally sourced colouring so we can indulge with less guilt.
