The mille crepe is hard

Suspect it was put in the freezer, it is hard. Not able to cut. We didn't put in the freezer. Very disappointed as this is for my mother's birthday.

Ordered this cake for my mom’s birthday and she loved it so much. Less sweet and the texture of the cake and blueberries were amazing. Would recommend this cake.
