Bad delivery management

The cake came in normal paper box without cool bag. Upon received the cake, the kitkat on the side already melted and deform partially. The M&M from the top already all spilled. The cake is no longer as nice as it was on the picture. Even though we try to put into fridge to chill it back. The shape is gone already.
