The brownie has enough chocolate and is light enough as a dessert after a heavy meal.

Wonderful cracked top

The brownie looks lovely and was seared into equal bite size. Not sweet and suitable for a function. Not the fudgey chocolaty type and would have tasted even better with more melted chocolate chips in it.
