Bad packaging

I expected the cupcakes to be packed in a proper cupcake box but turned out it was packed in a normal cake box. The frosting on some of the cupcakes actually melted and some of it touched the sides of the box. It was actually a gift to my friend and it ended up looking messy with all the frosting in the box.
