To improve on the service

There is no handwritten message. As stated in my request, pls write happy birthday. However, there is no happy birthday message on the cake, no happy birthday decoration, no candle, no cut cake knife, nothing is provided. It is very sad and I got a complain from the receiver that the cake is not as nice, no birthday message is just a normal cake. This is not a good experience.
I hope you can look into it and perhaps to provide free cake to rectify the bad birthday cake experience.
