Sweet-savoury cheesecake

Cake arrived perfectly, arrived on-time and was beautifully packaged in a high-quality box and paper bag.
The taste is very close to a creme brûlée however the texture is dense like you would expect for a burnt Basque cheesecake and not overly sweet like a creme brûlée. Subtle flavour of the salted egg which paired beautifully with the cheese flavouring but could use a little bit more of that to bump up the savouriness.
Everyone was happy with this cake, definitely recommended for something unusual and delicious that is a combination of sweet-savoury.
