Rich Matcha Flavor

The chiffon cake is not the soft & fluffy type but the texture is still nice.
Rich matcha flavour, not very sweet with a hint of the matcha bitterness which goes very well with the lightly sweetened cream on top. Strawberries are nice too, i thought they may be sour but apparently they're nice.

Rich matcha flavour, not very sweet with a hint of the matcha bitterness which goes very well with the lightly sweetened cream on top. Strawberries are nice too, i thought they may be sour but apparently they're nice.
