Great option for birthday surprise

Got this cake for a friend as a birthday surprise. He is not much into desserts but he sure do love this tiramisu! The sizing is also just right for him to share with his family (all of them enjoyed nicely too).

Good crunch juxtaposed with soft layers of fragrant coffee chiffon cake with a layer of mascarpone with dark chocolate shave, topped with crunchy caramelized almond praline.
