Unique carrot cake

This carrot cake doesnt taste the same as the carrot cake out there, this is way more BETTER! I don't know how to describe it, just get one and try for yourself 🤣🤣

Rich and succulent cake

This is a very well make carrot cake that is full of tasty ingredients including delicious walnuts - both within the cake and as a caramelised topping which can be added at time of serving (great idea that keeps the walnuts crisp and tasty).
I was particularly pleased with the cream cheese filling which was not overpowering, as is sometimes the case with other carrot cakes. It perfectly complimented the flavours of the main ingredients, letting them stand out.
Overall, a delicious succulent cake, well prepared, presented and delivered.
